MEET THE CHEF
Master Chef Pam has been studying and cooking natural foods and vegetarian cooking since 1967. She has not attended any formal cooking school but has learned in her own kitchen and studied her craft well. She has cooked on and and off at various food service and restaurants as well as taught cooking classes over the years. She has been the executive chef at some of these restaurants, taught classes at the Culinary Institute as a guest teacher, and has had various TV and radio appearances. All of these experiences have culminated into the Garden Café.
